Support & Repairs

All technical service is carried out by Allmake Digital employees, not contractors.
Service control is onsite at Geebung. You are not ringing an outside call centre.

In your email, please always include the name of the person placing the service request and a phone number for this person.

Service Agreements

We offer Service Agreements on all machines sold. A Service Agreement is often, but not always, the most effective service option. We are happy to discuss the service options with you, .i.e., Service Agreement, Do & Charge, Comprehensive Warranties, Limited Warranties.
A Service Guarantee is exactly that, a guarantee to provide service to a particular machine for a period of years. It is not a guarantee to provide free service for that period.

Some of the New Fuji Xerox Printers and Multifunction Printers have 3 year manufacturer’s warranties. These exclude drums, toner and other consumables.

We will always talk to you about warranties on new, second hand and reconditioned machines.
